These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reel Good Gutters website located at reelgoodgutters.com and the contractor services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Reel Good Gutters

Reel Good Gutters is a licensed contractor providing gutter installation, repair, cleaning, leaf guard systems, heat tape, snow stop installation, soffit, fascia, siding, and related exterior services. We operate primarily in Utah, serving Weber, Davis, Morgan, Summit, Cache, Box Elder, Wasatch, and Rich counties and surrounding areas.

2. Website Use

The content on this website — including text, images, logos, and other materials — is provided for informational purposes only. You may use the website for lawful purposes and to request contractor services. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this site without prior written permission

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by Reel Good Gutters — whether by phone, email, or in writing — are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, material costs, labor rates, or scope assessments may have changed, and a revised estimate may be required.

An estimate is not a binding contract. Work does not commence until a written work order or service agreement is signed by both parties. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of assessment; unforeseen conditions discovered during the job may require scope and price adjustments, which will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.

4. Services and Scope of Work

Services are performed as described in the written estimate or service agreement provided to the customer. Reel Good Gutters will perform work in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or damage to the property not caused by our work
• Damage resulting from severe weather events, natural disasters, or acts of God after installation
• Conditions hidden behind walls, soffits, fascia boards, or other structural elements that could not reasonably be identified during a standard site assessment

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be authorized in writing by the customer prior to implementation.

5. Warranties

Reel Good Gutters provides warranties only as expressly stated in a written estimate or service agreement. General references to quality or durability on this website or in verbal conversations do not constitute a warranty. No warranties are implied beyond what is stated in a written agreement.

Manufacturer warranties on products (such as gutter guards, heat tape systems, or coated aluminum stock) are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms and are not extended or modified by Reel Good Gutters.

Warranty coverage is void if:

• The installation has been altered, repaired, or modified by parties other than Reel Good Gutters without prior written authorization
• Damage results from misuse, abuse, negligence, or conditions outside the scope of normal use
• Payment for services has not been received in full

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling or material procurement; any such requirement will be stated in the written estimate.

Invoices not paid within 30 days of the completion date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance. In the event collection action becomes necessary, the customer agrees to reimburse Reel Good Gutters for reasonable attorney's fees and collection costs.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that scheduling needs change. We ask that customers provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee, particularly if materials have been ordered or travel has been arranged for the job.

Reel Good Gutters reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in such cases.

8. Access to Property

By scheduling a service appointment, you grant Reel Good Gutters and its employees or subcontractors reasonable access to your property for the purpose of performing the agreed work. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is reasonably accessible, including moving vehicles, unlocking gates, securing pets, and clearing obstacles that would prevent safe access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reel Good Gutters' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services or this website shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

This website and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reel Good Gutters, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of our website; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) any false or inaccurate information you provide to us.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Davis County, Utah. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct communication. If direct resolution is not achieved within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue available legal remedies.

Reel Good Gutters has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
